A trip to France is the first time witnessing the impact automation has on human labour.

A cashier in a supermarket, a machine replacing her tasks. The question: to give money to the machine or to the cashier. The cashier pointing to the machine. Remembering that the French government imposes fines on private industries, favouring machines to human labour. Analysing the pressure of a cashier who receives wages but wonders what the purpose of her job is. The pressure, understanding that it is a question of time before machine replaces humans, before job scarcity. The feeling that human doesn’t trust humans to fulfil a task.
